Previous roles in the UK include

WHITEROCK HOMES LTD

Joint Managing Director of a construction and development company set up to work in association with UK Government funded Housing Associations to provide affordable housing. Each project built to maximise energy saving insulation/renewable energy systems to achieve and Code level 4 under the UK Code for Sustainable Homes.

Role: Coordinating the feasibility studies for site layouts and preparing the documents required for planning, preparing cost plans and negotiating the build contracts for the projects, overseeing site quality control.

BROADWAY HERITAGE LTD

Development, acquisition and construction manager responsible for refurbishment projects in listed buildings.

Role: Negotiation of joint venture agreements and contracts, instructing architects on design solutions and conversion options, negotiating contractors cost proposals, resolving all planning issues and overseeing planning applications.

ENGLISH PARTNERSHIPS / EAST MIDLANDS DEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Head of Regeneration,  East Midlands Regional Office of English Partnerships with overall control and management of a multi-discipline team of 24 people. Responsible for the delivery of Partnership Investment, Marketing, Estate Management, Land Reclamation and Community Investment Fund budget of £29 million.

Role: Regeneration across both residential and commercial property, evaluating new build and refurbishment projects costs and design, ensuring controlled spend over life of the project. Lead role in community and stakeholder engagement for all Community Investment Fund projects.
